Nice article and well done in laying out the pros and cons. The point I would disagree with is the "risk-phobic should probably stay employed." All be it the entrepreneurial world can be rather risky, I do believe there's a place in it for even the risk-aversive.
We all have entrepreneurial DNA that drives our skills and abilities. There's a certain DNA that will cause this person to be less of a risk taker. This person may not be a great candidate to be a solopreneur, but paired with the right person, they could be an excellent business partner.
Certainly a helpful piece for those considering making the leap.... very useful
